Always used halo’s but these have prompted other uses that are more functional. Through a little bit of testing out using the halo whilst walking through and turning feels really great for working core, balance and also mimicking the basic pensata and pensataq. Done for timed sessions (e.g. 30-60 secs) really works the delts, grip and core. Thanks for the idea. always move forward,change and adapt!
