Our Krav Maga classes are suitble for everyone, all levels of fitness and ability.

Self defence must be for everyone.

Krav Maga is one of the most famous self defence sytems in the world.

Our classes are taught around the most common street attacks and our purpose is to equip students to defend themselves as quick as possible, all in an atmosphere of fun and learning.
