Daytime classes now on – Monday – Tuesday – Wednesday – Thursday – Saturday

The tough get going

All our classes are suitable for begginer’s and advanced, all shapes, sizes and abilities.

Monday 12 noon  ”Kickstart your week”

This class is a blend of kettlebell training and kickboxing padwork. There is no contact in this class, it’s a great cardio, fat burning, stress relief session to get your week started off with a bang.

Tuesday 2pm Keysi Fighting Method Self defence. See KFM classes here

Wednesday 12 noon  kettlebell class.

This class focuses on core strength and all over body conditioning, kettlebell training is tough fun. Fantastic training to burn those calories, tone up and develop a strong core.

Thursday 2pm Krav Maga. See Krav Classes here

OPEN MAT

Open mat sessions each day for 2 hours. Open mat sessions are for you to use the facilities as you wish. Train with friends, free use of all the equipment from kettlebells and the functional strength training area to the heavy bags, octagon and matted areas. MORE HERE
